1. The Epson (UK) Ltd (“Epson”) ‘Colour Vision' promotion is open to employees (‘'Participants'') of an external Epson Reseller in the UK & The Republic of Ireland (“the Reseller”) selling the Epson business product range who have been invited to join the promotion and have registered their intent to participate in the promotion by returning their completed Registration Forms to Epson. Neither Epson employees, nor their relatives, nor anyone directly connected with this promotion are eligible to enter.
2. Participation is only possible if the Participant is willing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Epson ‘Colour Vision' Points Claim Form forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Only sales of eligible Epson models made between 1st October and 31st December 2004 (inclusive) are eligible for inclusion in this promotion (please refer to Table of Products). Epson may introduce other models into the promotion at a later date and advise the Participants accordingly.
4. Points will be awarded to registered Participants of this promotion for the sales of eligible Epson models made between 1st October and 31st December 2004 (inclusive). The Points will be redeemable via www.colour-vision.com by using the Account number and PIN issued to each qualifying Participant. Please refer to the relevant Product Table for points awarded for the sale of each Epson model included in the promotion.
5. The Epson ‘Colour Vision' promotion is divided into six claim periods for the sales of eligible products from the 1st October and 31st December 2004. A Points Claim Form for each claim period must be completed and sent with proof of sale attached to Julie Yilmaz at Epson (UK) Ltd, Campus 100, Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 7TJ.
6. The Participant must complete and return the Points Claim Form relevant to each claim period no later than the date stated on the relevant Points Claim Form.
7. Claims for Points will only be accepted on an official Epson Colour Vision promotion Points Claim Form.
8. Every Points Claim Form must have a copy of the relevant customer sales invoice attached in order to validate the claim.
9. Epson is not responsible for any claims lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
10. All Points received by the Participant are subject to current income tax laws. Epson is not responsible for any tax or other claims made by any of the Resellers or Participants in respect of taxable benefits given in this incentive. The Participant is responsible for any VAT charges when exchanging the Points for goods at the point of purchase. A letter will be dispatched with your Points statement outlining this.
11. Allow 14 days for Points to be awarded onto your Account from receipt and acceptance of valid claim. It is the Participant's responsibility to ensure that all Points Claim Forms are fully completed to ensure (as far as possible) efficient delivery.
12. The award of the Points is subject to:
• The Participants having complied with the Rules and Terms and Conditions
of the promotion.
• The Participant still being employed by the Reseller. Any Participant who leaves or gives notice to leave the Reseller for whatever reason prior to the award will forfeit their Points.
• The Reseller being an Epson Reseller as at the date the Points are awarded.
• The Reseller's account being up to date and complying with all the terms of its Reseller Agreement with Epson.
• It is a condition of entry that all Participants abide by the Rules.
• All printed pieces issued in association with the promotion constitute
Rules of this promotion.
13. Points will not be awarded for sales generated with Special Bid support from Epson
14. Should the Participant be unable to visit www.colour-vision.com and would like to redeem their reward points in BonusBonds, they should specify their selection in advance by ticking the relevant box on the Points Claim Form. Instead of Points the Participant will be awarded BonusBonds. As a condition of receiving the BonusBond Vouchers, the Reseller and Participants accept and agree to the terms and conditions found on www.bonusbond.com . The Participants' notice is especially drawn to those terms and conditions relating to insurance, flights and size restrictions when using certain Vouchers for travel purposes.
15. All Points must be redeemed by the 31 st January 2004.
16. Epson reserves the rights to amend or withdraw this promotion in whole or part without prior notice or compensation.
17. Epson may hold data for marketing purposes.
18. All results will be subject to a final audit at the end of the promotion.
